Managing the Client Experience // BUSINESS 295

Vincent Ponzo, Executive Vice President, Partnerships at Kargo

Monday, August 15th, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.

It’s something of an understatement to say that clients and customers are critical to maintaining a successful business. And while much attention is placed on sourcing and securing customers, often times much less is placed on what to do once the sale is closed. In today’s world of viral media and crumbling barriers to entry, what clients and customers think of your business and your team is more important than ever. This class will cover some of the more crucial aspects of client and customer service, with an emphasis on all forms of communication, how to set and manage expectations, and simple ways to turn clients and customers into partners and advocates.

Vince Ponzo is the Executive Vice President of Partnerships for Kargo (www.kargo.com), one of the leading mobile publisher networks whose partners include Rolling Stone, SPIN, Us Weekly, XXL, Consumer Reports, Shape and Complex Magazine. Prior to joining Kargo, Vince was Vice President of Client Services for SelectMinds, a Bessemer backed SaaS company with a client roster including Google, JP Morgan, IBM, eBay, McGraw-Hill, Credit Suisse and Deloitte.
